A miscarriage of justice has been highlighted in Chris Brine’s case.With no legal representation, the court and criminal justice system have not only ignored his requests of review new evidences but also disregarded Chris’s mental health when he was experiencing PTSD from the violence he endured from police officers. The system failed to provide him a fair trial, therefore, Chris has decided to expose the flaws in our current system.
